Director of Osh branch of Kyrgyzkomur fired for corruption
The Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan inspected Kyrgyzkomur state enterprise, where serious violations in work with investors were discovered. The ministry reported.
As a result of the inspection, two people were fired:
- Deputy General Director, who was in charge of investments and Yuzhny branch Suyunbek Mamashev;
- Director of Yuzhny branch Mukhtar Zholdoshev.
All materials on the case were transferred to law enforcement agencies for further consideration.
Recall, deputy Yrysbek Atazhanov accused the deputy director of Kyrgyzkomur state enterprise and the head of Osh branch of corruption.
He stated at a meeting of Parliament that these officials were involved in creating corruption schemes in the coal industry, and asked the Minister of Energy to take urgent measures to eliminate the violations.
