Board of Directors of one of Kyrgyzstan's banks announces change of management
Board of Directors of Keremet Bank OJSC announced change of management. Kubanychbek Shapakov and Ruslan Sultanov were relieved of their positions of Deputy Chairmen of the Board from September 20, 2024. Information about this is posted on the website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
They were replaced by Arailym Kalieva and Dmitry Shpilchin, who took up their new positions from September 23, 2024.
Kubanychbek Shapakov had served as Deputy Chairman of the Board since November 15, 2021, and Ruslan Sultanov had held the position since September 14, 2023.
Dmitry Shpilchin previously held the post of IT director at Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC from 2018 to September 2020, after which he became Deputy Chairman of the Board of the same bank.
Earlier, on September 12, 2024, a decision was made to dismiss Timur Berbaev from the position of Chairman of the Board from September 13, 2024. His place was taken by Tatyana Kurzhey from September 16, 2024.
