Director and five employees of Unaa state institution detained
Director of the State Agency for Registration of Vehicles and Drivers of Unaa state institution, Rustam Dzhokoev, and a number of employees have been detained by officers of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), sources in law enforcement agencies told 24.kg news agency.
The director, his deputy, a driver and three employees were detained in the central office of the state agency on September 23.
The arrest is related to the holding of exams in the eastern department of the state agency.
