President Sadyr Japarov to attend UN General Assembly and Summit of the Future
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov will make a working visit to New York from September 21 to September 24 to attend the events of the High-Level Week of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly. Muratbek Azymbakiev, head of the Foreign Policy Department of the presidential administration, reported.
According to him, on September 22, Sadyr Japarov will attend the Summit of the Future, where the signing of the final document Pact for the Future is planned.
The President will deliver a speech during the General Debate of the UN General Assembly on September 24, the first day of the debate, as last year.
A number of bilateral meetings are also planned during the visit on the sidelines of the General Assembly, including talks with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, Muratbek Azymbakiev added.
