Production of helicopters starts in Kyrgyzstan
The domestic company Shumkar has started producing two-seater helicopters. The head of the press service of the presidential administration, Daiyrbek Orunbekov, posted a video on Facebook.
«Helicopters produced in Kyrgyzstan. Now they are participating in a competition at the exhibition. A two-seater with 70 liters of fuel can cover 600 kilometers in three hours. Their price starts at $60,000,» Orunbekov noted.
The video itself says that the helicopter components are brought from Poland, and a full-fledged two-seater helicopter is assembled in Kyrgyzstan, which can take off from small sites. It is noted that guests from the UAE have already expressed interest in these helicopters.
