Vladimir Putin awards Akylbek Japarov with Order of Friendship
By decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov was awarded the Order of Friendship.
Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexey Overchuk presented the award to Akylbek Japarov at the plenary session of the VI Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum, which is taking place in Issyk-Kul region.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic was reportedly awarded for his contribution to the development of strategic partnership and alliance, strengthening friendly ties between the countries.
Akylbek Japarov has a birthday on September 14, he will turn 60.
