World Youth Wrestling Championships: Team of Kyrgyzstan takes 3rd place
The freestyle wrestling team of Kyrgyzstan took third place in the team standings at the World Youth Championships in Jordan.
The tournament among athletes under 17 years old was held in Amman. A total of 10 sets of medals were awarded.
The team of Kyrgyzstan won four medals (three gold and one bronze), scoring 104 points in the team standings.
The Kyrgyzstanis lost only to rivals from the USA (152) and Iran (132).
