U.S. imposes sanctions on developer of Zolotaya Korona payment system
The U.S. has imposed sanctions on the developer of Zolotaya Korona payment system. The Center for Financial Technologies (CFT), the parent company and developer of this system, was blacklisted. In addition to Zolotaya Korona, the CFT group includes KartStandard processing center, Faktura.ru internet banking platform, and Gorod utility payment system. Meduza reported.
The sanctions also affected IT and cybersecurity companies, including MTS Red and Natalya Kaspersky, the developer of Cribrum platform.
It is noted that Zolotaya Korona became one of the key channels for transfer of money from Russia to other countries during the war.
