Kyrgyzstan’s team to bring its own hay to World Nomad Games in Astana
Team of Kyrgyzstan will bring its own hay to the V World Nomad Games in Astana. Announcement on the public procurement portal says.
The Directorate for National Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced a tender for the purchase of services for the transportation of participants, horses, fodder, hay and grain for participation in the World Nomad Games. It is planned to spend 11,307,130 soms on it. Of these, 1,241,280 soms will be spent on the transportation of hay (652 bales) and feed (barley — 6,129 kilograms, oats — 1,803 kilograms).
At least 864,000 soms have been budgeted for the transportation of participants to Astana and back. One of the points in the technical specifications is the requirement for «A polite driver with understanding.»
The V World Nomad Games will be held in Astana on September 8-14. More than 100 countries and about 4,000 people are expected to participate. In 2014, 2016 and 2018, the World Nomad Games were held in Kyrgyzstan, and in 2022 — in Turkey. The 6th Games will be held in the Kyrgyz Republic.
