Man detained for illegal possession of Makarov pistol
A man, who illegally bought and kept a Makarov combat pistol, has been detained. The press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
The state committee noted that the detainee, who had previously been in contact with members of the organized crime group of a crime boss Kamchi Kolbaev (Kamchybek Asanbek), purchased the Makarov pistol with ammunition from an unidentified person under the pretext of ensuring his own security.
The citizen was placed in a pre-trial detention center. A ballistic examination of the seized combat pistol has been scheduled.
