Patrol Police officer hit by car in Issyk-Kul region, he is in coma
A car hit an officer of the Department of the Patrol Police Service of Bishkek in Chon-Sary-Oi village, Issyk-Kul region, who was sent there for the tourist season. A source in law enforcement agencies informed 24.kg news agency.
The police officer was hit by a car on August 15 while he was on duty. He was hospitalized with serious injuries. At the moment, the officer is in a coma.
The Main Traffic Safety Department noted that the driver, who hit the police officer, was placed in a temporary detention facility. The collected materials were transferred to the investigative service for further investigation.
