Mudflows expected in mountainous areas of Issyk-Kul region
Mudflows are expected in the mountainous areas of Issyk-Kul region. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
According to the Hydrometeorological Service, mudflows are possible in Issyk-Kul region on August 15 −16 due to unstable weather and heavy rains in mountainous and foothill areas.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations calls on citizens to postpone mountain hikes, recreation in gorges and on the banks of rivers. In case of an incident, please call 112. Calls are free.
