Import of goods from China to Kyrgyzstan increased by 4 percent
Import of goods from China to Kyrgyzstan increased by 4 percent in June 2024. The National Statistical Committee presented the data compared to the same period in 2023.
According to statistics, in the first month of summer, goods from China worth $456.5 million were imported to the Kyrgyz Republic.
The volume of Chinese imports reached $3.1 billion for the first half of this year. The amount of imported goods increased by 42.5 percent compared to the same period last year.
The growth of imports from China was higher in January-May — 52.1 percent.
