Zhyrgalbek Mamaev appointed Chairman of Balykchy City Court
Zhyrgalbek Mamaev was appointed to the post of Chairman of Balykchy City Court. The press service of the Supreme Court reported.
The order was signed by the Chairman of the Supreme Court Zamirbek Bazarbekov. Zhyrgalbek Mamaev was appointed for five years in accordance with Article 95 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, Article 27 of the Constitutional Law «On the Status of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic» and Article 25 of the Constitutional Law «On the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and Local Courts».
