More than 8,000 families in Kyrgyzstan sign social contract with state
A social contract with the state has been signed by 8,500 low-income families in Kyrgyzstan. The press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration reported.
Data on regions:
- Batken region — 585 families;
- Jalal-Abad region— 1,915;
- Issyk-Kul region — 826;
- Naryn region — 820;
- Talas region — 915;
- Chui region — 821;
- Bishkek — 101;
- Osh region — 2,422;
- Osh city — 95.
The social contract is an agreement between a low-income family and a territorial division of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration. The family receives 100,000 soms to open and develop a small business, but at the same time is limited in its rights to receive ui-bulogo komok allowance for three years.
