Kyrgyzstan among top 3 countries in terms of retail trade growth
In January-May 2024, retail trade in the CIS countries increased by an average of 9 percent compared to the same period last year. The Telegram channel «Briefly about the CIS» reports, citing the Statistics Committee of the Commonwealth.
Growth was observed in:
- Azerbaijan — 3.3 percent
- Armenia — 5.3 percent
- Belarus — 12.2 percent
- Kazakhstan — 5.2 percent
- Kyrgyzstan — 11.7 percent
- Russia — 9.3 percent
- Tajikistan — 13.2 percent
- Uzbekistan — 8.7 percent.
There is no data for Moldova, Turkmenistan and Ukraine.
