Kyrgyzstan temporarily bans export of oil products by road
The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan amended the resolution «On imposing a temporary ban on the export of oil and oil products from the Kyrgyz Republic outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.» The document was signed by First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
According to the amendments, the temporary ban is imposed on the export of oil, classified under code 2709 of the EAEU Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature, and oil products under code 2710 of the EAEU Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature, by road. The exception is fuel oil and oil products with code 2710, produced by Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC, gasoline AI 80 and heating oil with code 2710 of the EAEU Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature, produced by domestic oil refineries.
The resolution comes into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
