New Public Service Centers to be opened in Karakol, Kara-Balta, Talas in 2024
New Public Service Centers (PSCs) will be opened in Karakol, Kara-Balta, and Talas in 2024. The Minister of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan Nuriya Kutnaeva announced at a press conference.
According to her, there are currently 37 new format PSCs operating in the country. This year, two new PSCs were put into operation — in Balykchy and Nooken district.
Nuriya Kutnaeva emphasized that electronic queuing systems, previously available only in Bishkek and Osh, have been introduced to minimize queues in PSCs. Now they operate throughout Kyrgyzstan, and citizens can make an appointment through the portal or Tunduk mobile application at any convenient time.
