Investment agreement signed on Bishkekselmash HPP
The City Hall signed an investment agreement on cooperation in the implementation of the project for technical equipping of Bishkekselmash heating and power plant (HPP) using the " build-operate-transfer" model. The press service of the Bishkek City Hall reported.
According to it, the investment agreement was signed between the City Hall of the capital and the Turkish company Altai Energy JSC.
«The Turkish side plans to involve 50 percent of residents from the Kyrgyz Republic in the construction of the heating and power plant,» the City Hall noted and added that the parties expressed hope for fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation.
