Kyrgyzstani detained for planning terrorist attack in one of CIS countries
A Kyrgyzstani planned to commit a terrorist attack in one of the CIS countries. He was detained. The press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
The member of an international terrorist organization (ITO) was placed in a pretrial detention center. He is suspected of preparing to organize a terrorist attack in one of the CIS countries as part of an underground group.
It was established that all actions of the person under investigation and arrested were coordinated through hidden Telegram accounts by emissaries of one of the terrorist organizations. Before attempting to commit the crime, the man swore allegiance to the leader of the ITO.
