Keremet Bank denies information about its sale to Russian investor
The press service of Keremet Bank refuted the sale of the bank to a Russian investor.
Recall, a deputy of the Parliament Dastan Bekeshev posted information about the sale of Keremet Bank to a Russian oligarch. He added that the website of the Ministry of Justice says that the bank is privately owned.
The press service of Keremet Bank explained that this could happen because of the fact that on May 31, 2024 the bank underwent the procedure of re-registration in connection with a change of address of one of the branches. The bank spokesman also informed that in the near future the bank will have to re-register in connection with the opening of new branches in Cholpon-Ata and Batken.
