President of Kazakhstan expresses condolences over tragedy in Nookat
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a telegram of condolences to President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov in connection with the tragic death of people as a result of mudflows in Nookat district of Osh region. The text of the telegram was published on the Akorda website.
«Sharing the bitterness of the irreparable loss, on behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on my own behalf, I ask you to convey sincere condolences and words of sympathy to the families and friends of the victims, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to all injured. In the spirit of good neighborliness and mutual support, Kazakhstan sent humanitarian aid to the natural disaster site and, if necessary, is ready to provide further assistance to brotherly Kyrgyzstan,» the telegram says.
