UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to visit Kyrgyzstan
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will visit Kyrgyzstan on July 1-3 at the invitation of President Sadyr Japarov. The Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the administration of the head of state, Muratbek Azymbakiev, said.
«As part of the visit to Cholpon-Ata, bilateral negotiations are planned with President Sadyr Japarov and Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev. High-ranking officials will get acquainted with one of the UNDP projects,» he noted.
The parties will discuss the state and prospects of cooperation within the UN, and exchange views on current issues on the international agenda.
