Average price of apartments under construction per square meter is $650 – SMC
The State Mortgage Company (SMC) plans to commission more than 10,000 apartments by the end of 2024. The head of the SMC Nuradil Bayasov said at a meeting of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security and Migration of the Parliament.
He noted that the work on the construction of social housing is carried out under the state mortgage program.
«As you know, the average price of apartments under construction per square meter is $650. However, there are favorable conditions for the regions. The approximate cost per square meter will be $550. The state mortgage is provided for up to 25 years,» Nuradil Bayasov said.
He also added that 28,000 people are currently in line for preferential mortgage. In total, 12 objects are being built across Kyrgyzstan.
