Makerspace Learning Center for inventors opened in Bishkek
A Makerspace Learning Center has been opened at the American University of Central Asia. The ceremony was attended by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, his press service reports.
According to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, the center will promote innovation and entrepreneurship.
«Thanks to this center, our inventors and innovators will be able to make prototypes of their products, launch their production and export them,» he said.
Akylbek Japarov noted that, following the example of Makerspace laboratory, it is necessary to open such centers in other domestic universities in the country.
At the end of the event, he planted a tree in front of the center building.
