Unstable weather expected in Kyrgyzstan
Unstable weather is expected in Kyrgyzstan. The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
According to its data, local heavy rains are possible across the republic from June 24 to June 25. Mudflows may occur in mountainous and foothill areas.
Water levels in rivers are expected to rise.
«On June 24, thunderstorms are expected in most regions, and snow — in high mountain areas. Heavy rains are expected in some districts of Chui, Osh, and Jalal-Abad regions. Roads are uneven and slippery in mountainous areas. Wind speed can reach 4-9 meters per second, in some places — up to 15-20 meters per second,» the Ministry of Emergency Situations noted.
