Bishkek City Hall allocates 3.5 billion for construction of social facilities
Bishkek City Hall allocated 3.5 billion soms from the local budget for the construction of social facilities. Mayor of the capital Aibek Dzhunushaliev said, speaking at a joint meeting of the parliamentary factions Ata Jurt Kyrgyzstan, Ishenim, Yntymak and Mekenchil parliamentary group.
According to him, 1.6 billion soms have been allocated for the construction of roads and bridges. At least 1 billion has been allocated to utilities for the purchase of special equipment.
«This has never happened in the history of the municipality,» the mayor said.
It should be noted that Aibek Dzhunushaliev made a report to deputies on the socio-economic situation of the capital, activities aimed at its development, achievements and problems, and also told about the progress of the implementation of administrative-territorial reform in the city.
