Monday, June 17 is a day off. The press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The ministry noted that this year the Spiritual Directorate of the Muslims of Kyrgyzstan officially announced that Kurman Ait, date of which is determined according to the lunar calendar, will be celebrated on June 16, which is a day off (Sunday).
In accordance with Article 113 of the Labor Code, if a day off coincides with a non-working holiday, the day off is transferred to the next working day after the holiday.
Accordingly, Monday, June 17, is a day off for employees of state and municipal organizations, institutions and enterprises financed from the state budget.
