President cancels decrees restricting export of gold-containing ore
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed a decree declaring some presidential decrees invalid. The press service of the head of state reported.
According to the document, the decrees on imposing a temporary ban on the export of gold-containing ore and gold-containing concentrate from the Kyrgyz Republic dated October 26, 2022 № 358, as well as on amending it, were declared invalid.
The document comes into force from the date of its official publication.
Recall, a temporary ban on export of gold-containing ore and gold-containing concentrate from Kyrgyzstan was imposed from May 1, 2023.
