More than 20 illegally purchased land plots returned to City Hall in Batken
Land plots that were illegally taken into private ownership were returned to the state in Batken. The State Committee for National Security reported.
The state committee revealed that certain officials of the Batken City Hall illegally issued land plots with a total area of 1.44 hectares for individual housing construction. Employees of the Batken branch of Cadastre state institution subsequently registered and issued state certificates of private ownership for them.
After the violations were revealed, land owners voluntarily returned 24 land plots worth more than 20 million soms to the balance of the Batken City Hall.
