National Bank of Kyrgyzstan again buys dollars on foreign exchange market
The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan intervened in the foreign exchange market for the second time in a month. The website of the bank says.
It is noted that it bought $4.5 million with settlements on the date of the transaction and $27 million — with settlements different from the date of the transaction.
The National Bank bought dollars twice in May. Since the beginning of 2024, this is the seventh intervention on purchase of foreign currency. In total, the National Bank has withdrawn $144,850 million from the market.
