A central mosque accommodating up to 4,500 people at a time has been opened in Talas. President Sadyr Japarov attended the opening ceremony today during his working visit to the region.

 According to the presidential press service, the four-story building includes prayer halls, facilities for religious education and premises for public events.

President Japarov toured the mosque and reviewed its amenities.

The ceremony concluded with a joint prayer.
