Culture Ministry to purchase 57 buses and minibuses for artists' tours
The Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan will purchase 57 buses and minibuses for the artists’ tours. The Minister Mirbek Mambetaliev announced at a meeting of the Committee on Social Policy.
According to him, the transport will arrive in Kyrgyzstan at the end of April.
Mirbek Mambetaliev added that the ministry has developed a draft resolution on increasing the salaries of employees in the sphere of culture and art. But, unfortunately, the Ministry of Finance gave a negative opinion on the document.
In addition, the historical and architectural monument Tash-Rabat was transferred to the Department of Culture of At-Bashi district. Earlier, the former Minister of Culture, Altynbek Maksutov, reported that the ministry would carry out reconstruction in the caravanserai.
At the meeting, deputies heard the report of the ministries on the implementation of the parliamentary resolution on the development of the social sphere.
