Culture Minister receives participant of Russian show Begimai Turusbekova
The Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan Altynbek Maksutov received the participant of a Russian vocal show «Tsaritsa» on Pyatnitsa (Friday) TV channel Begimai Turusbekova. The press service of the ministry reported.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the TV channel’s film crew. Altynbek Maksutov congratulated Begimai Turusbekova on her success in the international arena and thanked her for her contribution to the promotion of the republic. He noted the importance of such performances for the popularization of national art and inspiration of the Kyrgyz youth.
Recall, Russian director Elena Pogrebizhskaya made a film about Begimai Turusbekova, who woke up famous after her performance in one of the parks in Bishkek. The new work by the well-known journalist is posted on her YouTube channel.
