Russia includes rapper from Kyrgyzstan in list of terrorists and extremists
A rapper from Kyrgyzstan, Islam Zakirov, was added to the list of terrorists and extremists in Russia. Rosfinmonitoring website says.
«The list of terrorists and extremists (included). Zakirov Islam Bakitovich, born in 2006..., Kansk town, Krasnoyarsk Krai,» the statement says.
Earlier, ultra-right publics complained about the rapper, demanding to initiate a case.
18-year-old Islam Zakirov lived in Krasnoyarsk Krai. He is known as the rapper Recidiv. He was found guilty of committing a crime under the criminal article on public actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of the dignity of a group of persons on the basis of gender, nationality.
Investigators established that Islam Zakirov performed in a bar and voiced «a statement containing calls for violent actions and a negative assessment of Russians.»
