The ex-husband of Wildberries owner Vladislav Bakalchuk received citizenship of Kyrgyzstan. He announced this on his Telegram channel and posted a photo with the country’s president Sadyr Japarov.

Vladislav Bakalchuk commented on the situation with the second citizenship, «so that there are no different speculations and more fakes.»

«I received citizenship of Kyrgyzstan back in the spring — this is a step that helps me do business in this wonderful and friendly country. Kyrgyzstan is one of those countriesб where we planned to build a large logistics center. And now I am sure that as soon as I return to the company, I will be able to do this as effectively as possible.

For those who are wondering about my whereabouts: I have always spent less than six months abroad, and in most cases — no more than three months. For objective reasons, I cannot and do not intend to leave my business for a long time, because I manage it myself and monitor its development.

I plan to return to Wildberries and continue working for the benefit of the company. I do not plan to leave Russia,» he posted.

Earlier, Vladislav Bakalchuk filed a lawsuit for over 350 billion rubles against Wildberries, RVB, and his wife Tatyana Kim.
