Penitentiary Service opens concrete plant in Moldovanovka village
The State Penitentiary Service opened its concrete plant in Moldovanovka village. The press service of the Penitentiary Service reported.
The project is being implemented as part of the roadmap for the relocation of penitentiary institutions.
«We are opening a modern plant that has no analogues in Kyrgyzstan. Its launch is a relevant solution that will allow us to work on the relocation of institutions outside the city in accordance with international standards, which will modernize and improve the conditions of detention of convicts,» the head of the Penitentiary Service, Askat Egemberdiev, said.
The estimated cost of the plant is 30 million soms, its production capacity reaches 100 cubic meters of concrete per hour.
