Kyrgyzstan to provide 100 scholarships for students from Hungary
President Sadyr Japarov announced the decision of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide 100 scholarships for Hungarian students wishing to study at the country’s higher education institutions. He announced this during his speech at the signing of declaration on expanded strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Hungary.
Japarov noted the success of Stipendium Hungaricum programme, thanks to which Kyrgyz students already have the opportunity to study at leading universities in Hungary. Kyrgyzstan will expand academic exchange, offering Hungarian students new opportunities for cooperation and cultural exchange.
The Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban is in the Kyrgyz Republic on an official visit as part of his participation in the XI summit of the Organization of Turkic States.
