Hungary to host next Organization of Turkic States summit in 2025
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov supported Hungary’s initiative to hold an informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Budapest in 2025. He announced this during his speech at the signing of declaration on the expanded strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Hungary.
Kyrgyzstan, as the presiding country in the OTS, is ready to actively contribute to the successful organization of the event. Japarov expressed confidence that the upcoming summit will give a new impetus to the development of cooperation, strengthening political, economic and cultural ties between the member countries.
The President emphasized that Hungary’s participation in Turkic integration and support for this initiative are important for the entire Turkic community.
