Kyrgyzstan intends to cooperate with international Citibank
The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov held a meeting with the delegation of the international Citibank.
The parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of finance and investment.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers noted the importance of attracting foreign investment for sustainable economic growth and development of key sectors of the economy. In this context, he expressed interest in cooperation with Citibank in the banking sector, issues of digitalization of financial services and the introduction of innovative technologies.
According to the press service of the government, Citibank representatives expressed mutual interest in developing partnership with the Kyrgyz Republic to implement joint projects.

It is a division of the financial corporation Citigroup, providing a wide range of financial services, including retail and corporate banking, lending, investments and asset management. The bank is represented in more than 100 countries.
