Methamphetamine for 300 million soms confiscated from foreigner in Bishkek
The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCMS), with the assistance of the Customs Service, stopped the activities of an international drug gang engaged in the transportation of narcotic drugs — methamphetamine in especially large quantities along Pakistan-Afghanistan-Uzbekistan-Kyrgyzstan route. The press center of the SCNS reported.
The foreigner was placed in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS on suspicion of drug trafficking. Investigative measures are ongoing to identify other participants in the crime.
