Chairman of Majilis of Kazakhstan presents Speaker with Dostyk Order
Speaker of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Nurlanbek Shakiev met with the Chairman of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Erlan Koshanov, who arrived in Kyrgyzstan for his first official visit. The press service of the Parliament reported.
During the meeting, political, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties, as well as issues of inter-parliamentary cooperation were discussed.
Erlan Koshanov thanked the Speaker for the invitation and expressed his readiness to support the announced initiatives aimed at strengthening the partnership. He noted that Kyrgyzstan is an important partner of Kazakhstan and stressed the importance of adhering to the agreements reached between the states.
During the official events, Erlan Koshanov visited the Chingiz Aitmatov House-Museum and left a note in the book of wishes.
