An honored doctor of the Kyrgyz Republic, pediatric oncologist Damira Baizakova passed away. Her relatives told.

According to them, the cause of her death was a long and serious illness.

Baizakova died at the Republican Infectious Diseases Hospital, where she was treated for a severe form of COVID-19. She had extensive lung damage.
