The Days of History and Memory of the Ancestors were celebrated in Osh city today. Press service of the City Hall of the southern capital of Kyrgyzstan reported.

Flowers were laid at the memorial complexes and monuments to statesmen and public figures in the city.

The flower-laying ceremony was attended by the Vice Mayors of Osh, heads and employees of city and municipal organizations, institutions and departments, servicemen of the Osh garrison, veterans, aksakals of the city, residents, the public and the youth.

Kyrgyzstan marks the Days of History and Memory of the Ancestors on November 7-8. The decree was signed in 2017.
