«Previously, the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund financed only large businessmen and rich people on favorable terms, but this is no longer the case now,» the acting President, Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov said.

According to him, there were cases when the fund issued loans completely incorrectly.

«We are clarifying all this. An audit is conducted at the fund to make sure that this will not happen again,» Sadyr Japarov said.

After the change of power, the chairman of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund was replaced. Nurlan Mamytov took the post instead of Aziz Aaliev.
