Keneshbek Duishebaev appointed Secretary of Security Council of Kyrgyzstan
President Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed a decree appointing Duishebaev Keneshbek Asanbekovich the Secretary of the Security Council of Kyrgyzstan.
The former head of the Security Council, Damir Sagynbaev, was dismissed on October 10.
