The Prime Minister, approved by the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan, proposes a constitutional reform. Sadyr Japarov announced it at a press conference.

He supports the majority system for electing members of Parliament.

«It is necessary to amend the electoral legislation and introduce a single-mandate constituency and the kurultai institute. But we will solve this together with you,» Sadyr Japarov said.
