Newly appointed Speaker of Parliament Myktybek Abdyldaev resigns

The newly elected Speaker of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan, Myktybek Abdyldaev, resigned. He announced this today at an extraordinary meeting of the Parliament at Ala-Archa state residence.

According to Myktybek Abdyldaev, due to criticism and various interpretations, he decided to resign.

The meeting is chaired by a Deputy Speaker Mirlan Bakirov.
