Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 33 million people globally
The number of people infected with novel coronavirus has grown by 358,061 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 33,353,615 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (7,148,045), Brazil (4,745,464), India (6,145,291), Russia (1,154,299), Peru (805,302), Colombia (818,203), Mexico (733,717), Spain (748,266) and Argentina (723,132).
Coronavirus cases have been reported in 188 countries.
As of today, the number of people who recovered from coronavirus exceeds 23,100,000. The figure grew by 300,307 people for 3 days.
At least 1,001,646 people died from the virus (growth by 4,951 people for 24 hours), including 205,072 people — in the USA, 142,058— in Brazil, 96,318— in India, 42,090— in the UK, and 76,603— in Mexico.
At least 46,522 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 107,833 cases — in Kazakhstan, 55,776— in Uzbekistan, 9,685 — in Tajikistan.
