A 45-year-old amateur runner Obolbek Osmonbekov has run an ultramarathon. The State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.

He started in Taldy-Suu village, Naryn region on June 19, and finished the day before in Bishkek. On the way he was accompanied by three people in a car, who helped him to recover strength during the rest.

Obolbek Osmonbekov is fond of running since 2017. He participates in ultramarathons at different distances. The goal of the last one is to encourage youth to go in for sports and have a healthy lifestyle.
